- Contact enquiries: your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), and the subject and content of your message.
- Event & venue enquiries: your name, company or organisation (optional), email and phone, together with the event details you choose to share - such as event type, approximate number of guests, preferred dates, seating and menu preferences, any dietary notes, budget range and venues of interest. Dietary notes are optional and used only to help plan catering.
- Newsletter (only if you opt in): your email address and name.
Providing this information is voluntary. If you do not provide the required fields in a form, we will not be able to respond to that enquiry.

When you use our website we automatically collect:
