1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Golden Crown Hotels website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

  • "Hotel" refers to any property operated by Golden Crown Hotels
  • "Guest" refers to any person making a reservation or staying at our hotels
  • "Services" refers to accommodation, dining, events, and other amenities
  • "Website" refers to the Golden Crown Hotels website and booking platform

3. Reservations and Bookings

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from the hotel and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit or valid credit card guarantee.

3.2 Rates and Pricing

  • All rates are quoted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) unless otherwise specified
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • Published rates do not include tourism tax, VAT, or other applicable taxes unless stated
  • Special offers and promotions are subject to specific terms and availability

3.3 Payment Terms

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Isracard)
  • Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged
  • A valid credit card is required for incidental charges
  • Foreign currency payments are subject to exchange rates at time of payment

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Standard Cancellation

  • Free cancellation: Up to 72 hours before check-in date (14:00 local time)
  • Late cancellation: Within 72 hours - one night's charge applies
  • No-show: Full stay amount will be charged

4.2 Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made at non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. The full amount is charged at time of booking.

4.3 Holiday and Peak Period Policy

During Jewish holidays (Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Passover, Shavuot) and peak periods, different cancellation policies may apply. Please check specific terms at time of booking.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: From 15:00 (3:00 PM)
  • Check-out time: By 11:00 (11:00 AM)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in (Israeli law requirement)

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect hotel property and other guests
  • Comply with hotel rules and regulations
  • Maintain noise levels appropriate for a hospitality environment
  • Not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises
  • Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these standards.

7. Liability and Damages

7.1 Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's credit card.

7.2 Hotel Liability

  • The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings unless placed in the hotel safe
  • Valuable items should be deposited in room safes or reception safe
  • The hotel's liability is limited in accordance with Israeli law

8. Smoking and Pet Policy

8.1 Smoking

In accordance with Israeli law, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas and guest rooms (unless designated as smoking rooms). A cleaning fee of 500 ILS will be charged for smoking in non-smoking rooms.

8.2 Pets

Pet policies vary by property. Please contact the specific hotel for their pet policy before booking. Service animals are welcome at all properties.

9. Dining and Restaurant Services

  • Restaurant hours and menus are subject to change
  • Dress code may apply in certain dining venues
  • Guests with dietary requirements or allergies should inform restaurant staff
  • Kosher dining options are available at select properties

10. Spa and Wellness Facilities

  • Spa treatments require advance booking
  • Cancellation of spa appointments less than 4 hours in advance may incur charges
  • Age restrictions may apply for certain facilities
  • Medical conditions should be disclosed before treatments

11. Events and Meetings

Events and meeting room bookings are subject to separate terms and conditions. Please contact our events team for specific terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Golden Crown Hotels and protected by Israeli and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Website Use

  • The website is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time

14. Governing Law
